The hotel's location in the shopping district near the MTR station is pretty near perfect for almost everything. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff are worth mentioning.

The room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a great view. Convenient location for shopping and exploring local markets and eateries. Good breakfast with a comfortable atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and pillow for a restful sleep. Free usage of a phone with 3G.

The hotel is conveniently located in Causeway Bay, with easy access to major shopping areas like Sogo department store, Hysan Place, and Time Square. It is also close to the MTR station, yet offers a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice showers and kitchenettes. The service is outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff, like Melvis Tan who provides excellent customer service. Breakfast is provided daily, and portable wifi is available in each room.
The WiFi service at the hotel needs improvement, as it is slow and intermittent, making it difficult for guests who rely on reliable internet for work or leisure.
